You know what that means?!!
Clean bathrooms, fresh sheets on the beds and more time to sew! I got the large portions of yesterday’s Quilt Math project sewn together. Looking through the camera’s lens, I’m not real happy with the center stripes abutting each other. What are your thoughts? And it is bright!
Currently 44″ x 56″. I am not sure how big I am going with this, but I think I need to take a break to cut more variety of color.
And to get out there and enjoy some sunshine and weed pulling.
Hope you make time to do something that puts a smile on your heart today!
I think this is wonderful. What a great inspiration for me, for using a lot of solids I have left from another project. Thanks for sharing.

Well, I think it is OK as long as the striped sections and squares are balanced out. I hope I get as much done in the three days of rain headed this way.

i love the colour. It can never be too bright for me. The quilt is beautiful. Ithink the stripes that don’t meet are more interesting. How much work would it be to change it? That could be the key factor in my decision.

I think you’re right, Annabellouise, that section just doesn’t spark interest. The right and left sections are not sewn together, (between the two striped sections), so easy enough to add something between them. Thanks!
