With 628 quilts entered Out of This World was one of five nominated for the Best in the Hand Quilting category. There are seriously some fabulous quilters out there, I was shocked to be chosen in this category! Thrilled, but shocked!

But seriously, I very much appreciate everyone who has taken the time to read, follow along and watch as this quilt progressed. I was challenged at times, folded it up and just thought about it for weeks at a time, but I couldn’t get it out of my system. Not until it was finally finished.
